Guns don’t kill people, bullets do.
Urban Myth - The second amendment to the American constitution grants the right to “bare arms” to all American Citizens.
What it actually says - The Second Amendment to the American Constitution reads: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
Background - During the American Revolution/War of Independence the British confiscated the weapons of the various militias . However the British did not move to limit the common law rights to self-defense. Thus it is highly probable that the second amendment is about maintaining an armed militia rather than individual rights; try and tell that to the NRA!
Legal Opinion - The Supreme court of the United States has ruled that the second amendment does not apply to individuals but to a “well regulated militia” .
Tragic Reality - 33 young lives cut tragically short at Virginia Tech. Is this really what the Founding Fathers had in mind?
Their Solution - Well, the Gun Owners of America think that the solution is more guns.
My Solution - Let all these males with small pennis have as many guns as they like so they can feel good about themselves; just hide the f***ing bullets! Ok, we’ll let them continue to shoot blanks if they must, after all you can’t really take away a little boy’s toys can you?
