Remember AOL? They were one of the big IT/internet companies, the merger with Times Warner was supposed to wipe out any of the completion in it’s way to domination of the web. Well they didn’t and they lost a lot of money in the process so now Times Warner is “spinning-off” AOL … anybody want to buy some shares in a dial-up company?
