Australia considers extending censorship laws.
While Cardinal George Pell plans on censoring teaching staff Australian Attorney-General, Philip Ruddock, wants to censor the rest of us.
In his latest ham fisted attempt at fighting terrorism, he wants to introduce a new law on the censorship of material that advocates terrorism. Thing is our current laws already cover this.
There is also the question does banning these items outright serve any real purpose, other than making the Government look “tough on terror” in an election year?
