Words that killed a relationship
In relationships that end there is usually a trigger moment when you start to think that “this isn’t go to work”. You might fight it for awhile but eventually that one moment keeps playing back in your head over and over, and eventually you just know there is no way around it, you know that there is something fundamental wrong in the relationship and the best path is to end it.
Here’s a trigger that I remember from way back:
”And when we have kids we’ll bring them up as Roman Catholics. After all you won’t mind as you don’t believe in anything.”
