The many faces of multiculturalism.
Many critics of multiculturalism tend to use religion as a form of group identity and to them multiculturalism is just a religious divide.
Sami Zubaida argues that this is wrong and that Muslims, like Christians, come in many forms and degrees of religiosity. And these false divisions on purely religious grounds may be forcing people to defend and take part in what they would normally find repugnant.
