Go camping with a Canadian and you’ll find we all know the “coo-loo-coo-coo” call. It’s a handy signal during a bank heist, too.

Despite living in Canada for around 14 years, I had my first Mousehead beer in a pub in Sydney; there was an Irish folk band playing at the time, not sure why I remember that or why I even mention it. The guy next to me asked “Why you drinking that stuff?”, I answered “Canadian eh!,  coo-loo-coo-coo”. Nobody laughed, but they left me with a lot of room at the bar. Bunch of hoosers.
