New Zealand leave the World Cup unbeaten and also ahead of the current World Champions Italy on points. Not a bad showing for a team not expected to score a goal and having some non-professional players on the team. And the reason they are going home, an Italian dive that robbed them of a win; we Australians can sympathise with that.
England undeservedly squeaked into the next round, France is out, Italy is out and Spain’s chances hang by a thread.
Come on Chile!
