This is one of a series of photos of Singapore that a friend sent me (I don’t have the source of the actual photo). Another friend who was in Singapore for January said this is exactly what he saw, empty container ships at anchor as far as the eye could see. Is this an indication of the economic down turn or is Singapore always like this?
